MADWORLD
Madeline Puckette

Genre: Pop-Electronica
Release Date: April 2008
Madeline Puckette's second album, Madworld, has successfully isolated the pop ion with each of its seven songs. Delightful and breathy vocal melodies float atop self-determined electro, proving that even computer-synthesized music can have soul. A great many sensations are delved into on this album, from the drony bass lines and slow lyrical candor of 'Nobody' to playful beats and seductive singing in 'Go Dancing'. Madworld elegently delivers Puckette's attention to detail as an electronica producer and even as the designer of the album cover art. All together, the music on Madeline Puckette's, Madworld, is a must listen in the electro-pop genre.

  THE THING SHE DESIRES
Madeline Puckette

Genre: Pop-Electronica
Release Date: February 2006 (No Longer in Print)
Great electro pop album. Solid songwriting hooks. Madeline has a sometimes delicate, sometimes seductive and edgy, but always emotive voice. Cool electro sounds, clicks, beeps and melodies keep the album vibrant throughout. Good mix of tracks... some very bubble gum, bouncy and upbeat with throw away lyrics and others more flowing and provocative. The production quality is tight. Love the depth and mix down of the sounds moving in and out of each track. A lot of time and emotion has clearly been put into creating each song and it shows. The catchiest song on the album is Nobody. One of my top 10 favorite songs from the last year... it's awesome... pure pop bliss... and there's much more here on the album. You'll have the melodies and lyrics from these songs stuck in your head for a long time to come. I highly recommend it.

  OUR POWERS COMBINED
Cutetheory~ - Collaborative Network

Genre: IDM / Experimental Electronica
Re-Release Date: February 2007 (available on itunes!)
The collaborative team, Cutetheory~, composed of Casey Basichis, Tim Kiefer, Madeline Puckette & Tim Stutts, shows their passion & play with this solid 30 minute IDM composition. A joy to listen to as the song morphs, trance-like, into new variations & a variety of "mini-songs" within the piece. Puckette's lyrical twists edited by Tim Stutts create a cut-up conversation that carries the listener through the piece. Melodies were individually created by all the collaborators with exellent drum and bass/glitch contribtutions from Casey Basichis and Tim Kiefer. Song is currently available on itunes!

THE EXPERIMENTAL REALM
Downloads From The Music Vault

Genre: Experimental Electronic / Glitch / IDM
Years 2002-2004
Note from Madeline:

A selection of the music from my experimental past.
"Mondo" is an exilerating deconstruction of the pop-electro idium. "Remmus"I had created a "destructive loop sequencer" in MAX/MSP and upon discovering my friends' 30 minute jam on a Buchla it seemed like the perfect thing to throw into the live glitch loop maker. "Disco Revolution" is the culmination of a month long residence with collaborator, Casey Basichis, in post-commi Czech Rep. "Broken" is a torrid lullaby for the electro-era. I plan on making these available on sno-cap or beat port in due time.
